Ordering Process
1. Can I order as a private person on your website?
This is a Wholesale B2B Jewelry website. As a manufacturer, we only sell to retailers with a VAT number. Unfortunately, you cannot order from us as a private individual.
2. B2B Register / Log in.
To become a B2B customer, you will have to register first with a valid VAT number. As soon as we accept your request and your account is activated, you can log in, see prices and start shopping.
3. How long will my order take?
When we receive your order, you will get a confirmation e-mail. We will start production and complete your order as soon as possible! Depending on the design, the size of the order and the time of order, we always try to complete the production within 2 weeks and ship as soon as possible, after which you will receive a track and trace code.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Because your order is custom made, once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
5. Why we ask a minimum purchase of €300?
In order to achieve optimal resales, we have decided to apply a minimum order of €300. We know from experience it is best to offer a nice cohesive collection to your customers. This greatly stimulates sales in your store and gives a nice overview of the brand. We also recommend ordering as few individual pieces as possible, but choosing really nice full themed collections.
Even for your webshop that does not have a physical store with a showroom, your online customers also expect a good range of a certain brand.
This also ensures credibility of our brand and reinforces the feeling that you are 100% behind your choice to offer ‘Vai Collection’. The customer picks up on this dedication and is therefore more likely to make a purchase
Own research shows that disjointed collections are perceived by the customer as a hodgepodge of leftovers, in contrast to a beautiful coherent collection.
A nicely filled display radiates an image, a feeling, a story. It arouses your customer’s interest and your client is more likely to purchase. We cannot emphasize enough how important it is to present a beautiful and complete collection.
We always start from new designs in our design phase to form them into coherent collections. This also makes it much easier for you make a choice and to place an order. Of course, you are completely free to order individual pieces, but we certainly do not recommend this.
6. Can I order more than 20 pieces per model?
Yes, you can. Although the ordering process will give you a maximum of 20 pieces, it is possible to order over 20 pieces, depending on our stock of parts and stones. Just send us an e-mail with your request and we will check it out for you!
