About Us
The driving force behind the handmade jewelry of Vai Collection is Pascale and Dimitri, we are a couple with great passion for each other and for entrepreneurship. After running a fashion store together in Belgium, where we received a backpack full of information about style, fashion and accessories in combination with a degree Colour and Style Consultancy, a move in 2021 from Belgium to Crete followed with a different way of life. With a large portion of creativity from both sides, Vai Collection was born.
All our jewelry is handmade in Europe in our workshop in Crete, the ultimate place where mother nature is an inexhaustible source of natural beauty.
Vai Collection is inspired by women but another source of inspiration is undoubtedly mother nature, which is woven through our collection like a “red thread”. That is also the reason we only work with natural minerals, stones and pearls that are 100% natural and sustainable. In these stones we are particularly charmed by the natural perfect imperfection that is beautifully reflected by nature itself.
We combine these unique semi-precious stones with high-quality stainless steel for those who like a silver finish or for a gold finish we use stainless steel with a high-quality real gold (14K-24K) Ion plated (PVD) finish. That way we create a top product with a stylish feminine earthy appearance. Each piece is handmade and we always look for the balance where beauty, fashion and sustainability come together. That is our “Vai Collection” DNA.
We are committed to contributing to a friendly environment and taking good care of Mother Nature. Our packaging is recyclable, biodegradable and made from a renewable raw material.
Sustainable handmade jewelry is not only better for our planet, but also kinder to the people who make and wear it.
Because we manufacture all jewelry in our workshop in Europe, we have a clear transparent production line. We produce to order, so we have no unnecessary overstock that causes extra waste.
We do not work with brass, high-quality stainless steel makes the jewelry a lot more durable and can therefore be considered slow fashion.
