Our Packaging
We provide a beautiful gift box and matching card with every jewel. This is automatically included with every order. An elegant and minimalist design makes our packaging trendy and up-to-date and thus contributes to the strong branding of Vai Collection.
We ship every jewel individually in a small glassine bag so that they are not damaged during transport. As a merchant, after unpacking you can put the pieces on our included displays for presentation. After you made a sale, we recommend that you place the jewel on the matching card and in the matching gift box to offer to your customer. This way you can offer your customer a gift box / storage box and a nice experience of the brand.
Not every type of earring, hoops for example, will fit on a regular display. At Vai Collection we have made you an easy tutorial to solve this problem. Visit our page “Inspiration for Merchants”.
Each item is provided with a small tag with the correct ID-code and a blank price tag so that you as a retailer can write the price on it. This to make everything as easy and convenient as possible.
We are committed to contributing to a friendly environment and taking good care of Mother Nature. Most of our packaging is made from cardboard and paper, so, fully recyclable, biodegradable and made from a renewable raw material.
Our glassine bags are made from wood pulp, making it 100% paper, thus meeting the eco-friendly requirements of a plastic alternative.
