Although we make all jewelry with great care from high-quality materials and every piece goes through our hands personally, it can still happen that something is not perfect. Of course we will look for a suitable solution together!

If the mistake or problem is at our end we will take full responsibility at no charge for you as a customer.

Return shipments are never accepted without prior permission from us. A return address will be provided when the return is accepted.

A Return shipment can be indicated by e-mail stating the reason and with a picture. A return form will then be forwarded to you, which must be completed and placed in the packaging.

In case of damaged goods due to shipping, a picture of closed damaged packaging and a note confirming damaged delivery from courier is needed.
Please contact us within 48 hours after you received your order.

Shipping of returned items only with international courier like DHL, FedEx and UPS. Tracking and signature required, we are not responsible for lost items. Shipments with postal services will not be accepted.

Worn earrings, bracelets and necklaces cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Therefore used items will be refused and returned (package will be held until buyer pays shipping to resend goods at actual shipping cost).

Shipment must be returned in original box and all items with original tags attached, displays and boxes included.

Please note that shipping costs of the order and both the return are non-refundable. In case of a return of 50 percent or more of the order, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded minus a standard handling fee of 30 euro.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our return conditions.
