The delivery duration varies per country.

Please note that we do not accept payment on delivery. All items must be paid when you make the order.

Deliveries will not be split up due to the fact orders are made as soon as payment is received. This is always within the time limit that has been set forward and therefore all orders will be send when they are complete.

Make sure to provide the correct delivery address. If your package cannot be delivered to the address you specified and eventually is not picked up at a collection point, the item will be returned to us. In that case we will contact you to schedule a new delivery – possibly to an alternative address – at your expense. Which of course we don’t want at all! So, let’s work together to make sure things go smooth the first time.

We work together with courier services DHL and always with a track and trace number. We will also keep you updated by e-mail on the status of your shipment after we have dispatched the goods.

Shipment via courier services such as DHL cannot be sent to a P.O. Box address and are subject to the terms and conditions of DHL.
If your package is broken or damaged upon receipt, try to open it in front of the delivery courier and at least mark it as damaged when you sign for receipt. Take a photo of the damaged packaging before opening it.
Please note: if the package is refused upon delivery in case of suspected damage, the shipping costs and the costs of the return shipment are for your own account.

The additional costs charged by the destination country, such as customs and import duties, local taxes, etc.…, are for the recipient, so get informed about this. For EU countries this should not be a problem but please make sure with your accountant or local custom agency if you have any doubts.
