Fresh water pearls are cultivated in lakes or ponds. The oysters are implanted with small pieces of mantle tissue and over the course of 2 to 7 years, the oysters lay down layer upon layer of nacre. We like to work with irregularly shaped pearls because of their uniqueness and natural beauty.

Lapis Lazuli, also known as ‘lapis’ is not a mineral like other gems, it is a rock composed by several minerals. The inclusion of Lazuli gives the stone its heavenly rich azure blue color. The combination of different minerals results in a gorgeous ultramarine stone that shimmers with gold flecks. Lapis lazuli means ‘stone from the sky’.
