The general conditions of Vai Collection apply to all deliveries. When you order, you indicate that you agree with these conditions.
Vai Collection reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
The Agreement will be subject to those Conditions that were published on the website at the time of concluding the agreement.
The Conditions are not limited to all points made in the Terms and Conditions but to all the information that is provided by Vai Collection on the website and by previous communication at the time of ordering.
Any dispute shall be governed by Greek law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Chania, Crete. Greek law is exclusively applicable to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as to these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions for the “Terms & Conditions”:
-Buyer / Merchant: retailer, buyer of products directly from Vai Collection and selling to individuals, the end customer
– “end” customer: customer buying from retailers, not buying directly from Vai Collection
-Vai Collection: the seller, manufacturer, designer, owner of the brand “Vai Collection”

Retailers are not allowed to sell our jewelry with another brand name.

At Vai Collection we don’t have regular office hours so you can always contact us by e-mail, we will get back to you within 48 hours.

ORDERS

The order is processed after an order has been placed with us via the website. The agreement becomes effective when you place the order by clicking the button: place order. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you do not receive an e-mail, the order will still remain in effect.

Because your order is custom made, once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

ORDER AMOUNT

The minimum order amount is 300 euros per delivery excl. VAT and shipping costs.

PRICES

All prices are excluded of VAT and in euros. In general, no VAT will be applied for our buyers/merchants outside of Greece under the law of intra-community trade or export.
For buyers/merchants in the EU with a valid VAT number no VAT is applicable under the law of intra-community trade.
Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and VAT at the border.
We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs.
For buyers/merchants in Greece 24 percent VAT will be added.
Prices can be adjusted and apply from the moment of publication on the site. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been made.

OFFERS

Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders. Vai Collection cannot be held to an offer if you could have reasonably understood that it is a typo error.

WARRANTIES

Vai Collection guarantees that the articles meet the specifications as stated on the website.
The buyer takes note that gemstones are creations of nature, therefore each fine gemstone has its own unique colour, so there may be some colour and shape variation and therefore not 100% identical as they are shown in the pictures. Vai Collection can not be held responsible for these natural differences, they are part of the product.
In case of our Diffuser Collection, essential oils are used by customers to apply to the lava stones, discoloration may appear which is completely normal so no warranty is applicable in this matter. Vai Collection will inform our distributors and buyers/merchants as well as the end customer through our website and other means, after which the merchant will inform the end customer as well.

Please note that we do not accept payment on delivery. All items must be paid when you make the order.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden.

-Other countries (non-EU):

The delivery duration varies per country. 

Deliveries will not be split up due to the fact orders are made as soon as payment is received. This is always within the time limit that has been set forward and therefore all orders will be send when they are complete.
Make sure to provide the correct delivery address. If your package cannot be delivered to the address you specified and eventually is not picked up at a collection point, the item will be returned to us. In that case we will contact you to schedule a new delivery – possibly to an alternative address – at your expense. Which of course we don’t want at all! So, let’s work together to make sure things go smooth the first time.
We work together with courier services DHL (but not limited to) and always with a track and trace number. We will also keep you updated by e-mail on the status of your shipment after we have dispatched the goods.
Shipment via courier services such as DHL cannot be sent to a P.O. Box address and are subject to the terms and conditions of DHL.
If your package is broken or damaged upon receipt, try to open it in front of the delivery courier and at least mark it as damaged when you sign for receipt. Take a photo of the damaged packaging before opening it.
Please note: if the package is refused upon delivery in case of suspected damage, the shipping costs and the costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
The additional costs charged by the destination country, such as customs and import duties, local taxes, etc.…, are for the recipient, so get informed about this. For EU countries this should not be a problem but please make sure with your accountant or local custom agency if you have any doubts.

RETURNS

Although we make all jewelry with great care from high-quality materials and every piece goes through our hands personally, it can still happen that something is not perfect. Of course, we will look for a suitable solution together!

If the mistake or problem is at our end, we will take full responsibility at no charge for you as a customer.
Return shipments are never accepted without prior permission from us. A return address will be provided when the return is accepted.
A Return shipment can be indicated by e-mail stating the reason and with a picture. A return form will then be forwarded to you, which must be completed and placed in the packaging.

In case of damaged goods due to shipping, a picture of closed damaged packaging and a note confirming damaged delivery from courier is needed.
Please contact us within 48 hours after you received your order.
Shipping of returned items only with international courier like DHL, FedEx, UPS…. Tracking and signature required, we are not responsible for lost items. Shipments with postal services will not be accepted.
Worn earrings, bracelets and necklaces cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Therefore, used items will be refused and returned (package will be held until buyer pays shipping to resend goods at actual shipping cost).

Shipment must be returned in original box and all items with original tags attached, displays and boxes included.
Please note that shipping costs of the order and both the return are non-refundable. In case of a return of 50 percent or more of the order, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded minus a standard handling fee of 30 euro.
The buyer/merchant is responsible for the return shipping.
NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our return conditions.

COPYRIGHT PICTURES

Vai Collection fully supports you as a retailer with the needed marketing and media tools to ensure a strong branding and a successful sale. Pictures are always available on white background, in detail and with a creative background and therefore suitable for all needs. We offer a full picture package with our logo, which is free to use in your online and offline communication as long as our logo remains visible.
No picture from this website without our logo may be reproduced and / or published, by means of print, photocopy, photo from photo, microfilm, digital or in any other way without prior written permission from us.
Contact us so we can provide you a download link to our “ready to use” picture and media package.

LIABILITY

For direct or indirect damage caused by an article supplied by us, the liability is limited to an amount equal to the selling price of the relevant article

FORCE MAJEURE

If Vai Collection cannot fulfill its obligations due to force majeure, then the obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation. After 30 days the buyer and / or seller have the right to dissolve the agreement, without the right to compensation. Force majeure means: all shortcomings that Vai Collection cannot be charged.
